Every project is assessed thoroughly, with a detailed scope agreement to ensure that we are aligned with your needs and expectations. However, we understand that sometimes, circumstances may require cancellation of services. Please review our cancellation policy, which includes certain limitations:
Cancellation Request:
If you wish to cancel a service after entering into a service agreement with us, you must submit a cancellation form on our website within 5 to 7 days of signing the agreement. This allows us to properly assess your request and initiate the cancellation process. Please note that after this period, cancellation requests may not be eligible for full consideration or may incur additional charges.
Holiday Restrictions:
We occasionally offer limited discounted services during major holidays like Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day. During these times, cancellations may not be honored, especially if the request is made within the first 48 hours of the service agreement. Additionally, if a payment for services is not made within seven working days from the due date, we will be forced to terminate the service, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
We understand that clients may occasionally require a refund; however, our policies are designed to reflect the nature of the services we provide. Please read the following carefully to understand our approach to refunds:
Completed Services
Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been completed. Our services are rendered in phases, and each phase requires considerable time, resources, and effort. Once a project or service has been delivered or a campaign has been executed, we cannot provide a refund.
Administrative Fees and Installation Costs
Any administrative fees, installation charges, or similar costs associated with the setup and initiation of a service are non-refundable. These costs cover the time and effort invested in preparing for the service, and are required for us to begin work on your project.
Taxes
Please be aware that any taxes imposed by regulatory bodies, which are included in the overall service fees, will not be refunded. These taxes are beyond our control and are collected as part of the required legal framework.
Terms and Conditions Violation:
If a client violates our Terms and Conditions or engages in unethical or illegal practices while using our services, we reserve the right to terminate the service without issuing any refund. The protection of our services, intellectual property, and reputation is of the utmost importance.
Delays or Interruptions Caused by Third Parties:
We cannot be held responsible for any delays or service interruptions caused by third-party vendors, such as hosting services, third-party software, or other external factors. Since these are beyond our control, refunds will not be granted for delays attributable to third-party involvement.
Refund Processing Timeline:
Once a refund request is approved, we aim to process it within 5-7 business days after the original payment is validated. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method and your bank's policies.
Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, partial refunds may be applicable based on the stage of service delivery. For example, if services are partially rendered but a cancellation request is submitted early, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. However, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision will be at the discretion of our team.
